At the beginning of 2020 (just before the pandemic started) my husband and I embarked on a lifestyle change and swapped the suburban dwelling for a semi-rural property located between Adelaide and the Barossa Valley in South Australia. We inherited 2 sheep from the previous owners (now fondly known as chop and roast) and also have 6 chickens and 2 cats. To complete the lifestyle change and to achieve a better work-life balance, I have taken the opportunity to become a virtual assistant and work for myself from home.
I have 30 plus years of administration experience with a wide range of skills – office management, alpha numeric data entry, transcription, meeting minutes, cashbook reconciliation, correspondence and records management, process improvement including process mapping and writing procedures. I am passionate about good customer service, attention to detail and making processes as efficient and effective as they can possibly be. I am a problem solver and trouble shooter.
